RPC (Rod Pump Controller) E5303 is a smart well controller developed by Etrol for the needs of oil and gas production. Workingtogether with a load cell, an inclinometer, a power data acquisition module and other instruments, E5303 can collect kinds of data needed for oil production, such as wellhead oil pressure, casing pressure, oil temperature, motor voltage, electric current, rate of work, etc., and show dynamometer cards, current cards and power cards.
Embedded with powerful algorithms, E5303 can calculate at real time downhole dynamometer cards, pump fillage, fluid production rate, polished rod power, system efficiency, etc. Based on those data, E5303 can deliver automatic stroke control, pump off control, intermittent pumping control, alarm control, etc.
E5303 supports standard and customized protocols. With various interfaces, E5303 supports different communication modes, like radio, Ethernet, 2G, 3G, 4G, etc. Remote configuration, remote control upgrade, etc., can be achieved.
